Care workers
For clearly defined care roles in approved settings, with assignment requirements agreed in advance.
ServCare is developing a staffing service for approved care organisations in Worcestershire. The aim is simple: understand the role first, match evidence to the assignment and confirm only what can genuinely be covered.
Role categories, client onboarding, contracts, worker checks, insurance and operating controls will be confirmed before any assignment is accepted. No cover is guaranteed from an enquiry.
Planned role categories include care workers and support workers. Registered nurse roles would only be offered where current professional registration, competence, governance, insurance and assignment scope are all verified.
For clearly defined care roles in approved settings, with assignment requirements agreed in advance.
For support roles matched to the setting, person group, duties and required experience.
Only within a confirmed staffing model and with current NMC registration and role evidence verified.
“Fully compliant” is not a useful shortcut. Each setting and role has specific requirements that must be current and evidenced.
Confirm the legal client, care setting, terms, contacts and responsibility for the work.
Record the role, shift, experience, competencies, location and site-specific expectations.
Review identity, right to work, references, DBS position, registration, training and role evidence as applicable.
Share accurate booking information only after a suitable worker and all required evidence are confirmed.
Record feedback, incidents, changes and future requirements through defined contacts.
Share the role, setting, location and likely timing. We will respond honestly about our launch position and planned scope.
