Personal care
Respectful help with agreed daily routines, provided only within the final CQC-registered scope and care plan.
The right support should fit around the person—not the other way round. ServCare is preparing a local home-care service that begins with routines, preferences, abilities and goals.
Current service status: ServCare is not yet providing regulated personal care. Final services will only be offered after the required registration, insurance, policies, staffing and operating systems are in place.

Following an appropriate assessment and once the service is lawfully operational, support may include the areas below. The final service list and each individual plan would be confirmed before care begins.
Respectful help with agreed daily routines, provided only within the final CQC-registered scope and care plan.
Practical support shaped around how the person prefers to begin, move through and finish their day.
Help with preparing simple meals and drinks, following the person’s preferences and agreed plan.
Time for conversation, shared interests and support to stay connected with familiar people and places.
Agreed support with local errands or attending appointments where the service can safely provide it.
Planned support that gives an unpaid family carer time away, subject to assessment and availability.

A care plan should record more than what needs to be done. It should make room for how the person communicates, the way they like things done, what they can do independently and the outcomes that matter to them.
“Listen first. Agree the support clearly. Keep the person involved.”
We are designing ServCare around that principle, with clear limits and honest communication whenever a need falls outside our scope.
No care package would be confirmed from a website form alone. An appropriate assessment, agreed plan and clear price would come first.
We learn about the current situation and explain whether the planned service may be suitable.
An appropriate team member would consider needs, preferences, risks, environment and desired outcomes.
The support, timing, responsibilities, price and next steps would be agreed clearly in writing.
Suitable workers would follow the agreed plan, with reviews when needs or circumstances change.
We will add prices, opening hours and confirmed service details when they are genuinely ready to publish.
