Servcare acts as the principal provider of your care, connecting you to our live-in carers. Our personal carers are able to deliver bespoke short or long-term live-in-care packages to suit your specific needs. All care packages are flexible so that they may be changed as and when the needs of the client may change.

CARE MOBILITY
Assistance with mobility aids, hoists & slings. All of our live-in carers are fully trained in moving and handling and are able to assist their clients as required with mobility.
TIME FOR TEA AND A CHAT
Popping on the kettle and enjoying a warm drink and light snack during the day. Our carers happily prepare drinks and snacks for their client throughout the day and take the time to enjoy a chat with them.
PERSONAL CARE
Assist with all aspects of personal care (as required) getting in and out of the bath/shower, assistance with toileting, washing, dressing, grooming hair, through to preparing for bed and tuck in for the night
TWO CARER PLACEMENT
A full-time live-in carer will require a break during the day, we can organise an additional carer to cover during those times (for more complex care needs and those requiring constant supervision).
HOUSEHOLD DUTIES
Daily chores can become difficult for older people, our live-in carers will happily clean bathrooms, kitchens, do dishes, laundry vacuum, polish and change bed linen.
PET CARE
Caring for pets, can become difficult for older people, particularly people with limited-mobility. Our personal carers will be happy to help with feeding, walking and caring for any pets.
COMPANIONSHIP
Live-in carers can encourage and assist with social interaction, involvement in their local community, assisting their client to remain in contact with their social groups, or encouraging clients to re-connect with old friends, interest and hobbies. Our carers will also arrange special day trips, take the client to enjoy a trip out shopping or drive a client safely to visit friends, collect prescriptions, errands, hairdressing and doctor's appointments etc.
MEAL PREPERATION
Our carers can prepare, cook and serve, breakfast, lunch and evening meals, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions and requirements. (If required our carers can also assist clients to eat.) They will also be happy to assist their client to prepare a shopping list of foods that they enjoy, encouraging them to eat well and stay happy and healthy.
MEDICATION
Some clients have difficulty remembering to take their medication, our carers can remind their clients to take their medication at the appropriate time and ensure that the correct dosage is taken. Ensuring that all medication taken is carefully documented and that medication is stored away safely and checking expiration dates.
How Much Will It Cost
Servcare acts as the principal provider of your care, where carers who register with us will be responsible, self-employed individuals who will have a proven record of providing excellent care and having an excellent work ethic. From a starting rate of £125 per day including fees.
Carers will require payment directly from the client or commissioning family member. As Carers are self-employed they will be responsible for arranging to pay their own tax and N.I. payments.
